your responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement of reconciliation processes and help simplify workflows
- Work closely with IT department for fixing system bugs and new feature implementation
- Monitor bank statement integrations with in-house built ERP system and address errors caused by missing or incomplete data
- Lead daily payment reconciliation, making sure all incoming and outgoing transactions are accurately recorded and assigned to the correct clients
- Support accounting team with monthly reporting processes
- Investigate and analyze discrepancies in payment data, system mismatches, and manual errors to ensure financial accuracy
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to enhance system accuracy and reporting
what we're looking for
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or finance operations
- Strong Excel knowledge; SQL or other data analysis tools are a plus
- Ability and willingness to work with numbers, detect discrepancies, and solve data mismatches
- Proactive approach to process improvements and simplifying workflows
- Attention to details, can-do attitude, and ownership mindset
- Team-player mindset, comfortable working in a regional and multicultural environment
